It was a vision of our passionate founders, after completing Master of Science in Renewable Energy from Germany and gaining profound experience in solar energy sector Mr. Uttareshwar Shep along with brother Mr. Parmeshwar Shep Shep set out to turn vision into reality.

Uttareshwar Murlidhar Shep

Founder & CTO

Uttareshwar holds a Master of Science degree from Technical University of Ingolstadt, Germany and Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University of Mumbai. After earning his master's degree, he started his career in the solar energy sector with a reputed company in Germany. He has a vision to bring advanced technology and innovation in the solar energy sector of India. Holding deep expertise in solar energy sector from his education and professional experience, he guides team Raykraft from Germany with technical analysis, planning, optimization, technology selection and final commissioning.

Parmeshwar Murlidhar Shep

Co-founder & CEO

Parmeshwar is highly passionate about solar energy, holds a Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking. He brings 16 years of onsite experience in civil site construction and execution. His rich experience in site execution and resources management helps in polished operations and expert project implementation. He looks into Project executions and management, ensuring every installation meets the highest quality standards and is delivered on time with complete customer satisfaction.
